All applicable sales taxes for purchases of our titles are to be calculated based on your local sales tax rates. Individual customers living in the states of CA and NY or schools and libraries in CA will be
charged the appropriate sales tax for their state.
All titles will be shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice as a separate item. If payment is enclosed with your order,
please add 7% or $6.00, whichever is greater, to cover shipping and handling charges. Regular S&H charges will be added even if left off your Purchase Order. Also, add state and local sales tax, if applicable.
Post Office boxes will be shipped to by U.S. mail under the same terms. Shipments that are too large for UPS/mail will be sent via freight, and actual charges will be billed after delivery. Any special shipping
requests or methods will be billed at cost.
For orders shipping within the continental United States, once your order is received, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. For orders requiring attached Book Processing, please allow 2-4 weeks for
delivery. Orders shipping outside the continental United States ship via Book Post; please allow 35-40 days for delivery.

For Schools and Libraries:
1. Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase Orders from schools and libraries. An invoice will be sent when your order has been shipped. Terms are 30 days from date of billing.
2. Deferred Payment (Not valid in Canada)
You may defer your payment for up to six months from the date of your order. You will receive an invoice with your shipment, but payment will not be due until the date you indicate on your order.
Orders by individuals must be purchased by credit card or prepaid by check or money order, in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. branch bank. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card, and Visa (Visa and MasterCard only in Canada).
Schools and Libraries
Satisfaction Guaranteed-Always. We are committed to quality-both in our products and service. Every purchase you make from Infobase Publishing comes with our 60-day guarantee of satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit within 60 days from the invoice date.
Returns must be forwarded to our warehouse within 60 days with a copy of your invoice and account number. Credit will be applied to your account or a refund will be issued only after we receive
confirmation that the books were received in saleable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and use a traceable shipping method. Products must be in saleable condition. Processed books
cannot be returned. Shipper must pay shipping charges back to Infobase Publishing.

If a title is not yet published or temporarily out of stock, we can backorder the title for you until it is available,
at which time it will be shipped and billed. You may also indicate a backorder cancellation date, simply by stating
what month you wish to have a backorder canceled. If you do not accept backorders, please indicate that on your purchase
Infobase Publishing offers full book processing. For information on our book processing services, please print out a copy of the
Book Processing Order Form (pdf) or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-322-8755, ext. 4228. (Barcode Labels and a Data Disk are free of charge on all orders over $1,500. Processed books are not returnable.)
Attached processing is not available on any backordered or not-yet-published items. Processing and MARC records
for already published, backordered items will be sent unattached with the initial order. Processing and MARC records for not-yet-published items are not available but can be re-ordered after each title is released.
MARC records: $15 per order (free MARC records and barcodes on orders over $1,500).
